Discounting of a promissory note is a financial service in which a company submits its promissory note for discounting to the Factor and, based on it, receives money in its account, reduced by the agreed discount amount.

Subject of discounting may include:

• Promissory notes issued based on the trade of goods and services by acceptable buyers,

• Promissory notes intended for deferred payment,

• Promissory notes registered in the relevant promissory note registry maintained by the National Bank of Serbia,

• Promissory notes containing all essential elements prescribed by the Promissory Note Law,

• Promissory notes with full ownership endorsement.

On the back of the promissory note, fill in the following text: Pay instead to the order of the company "Pro Factor" d.o.o, Belgrade, registration number: 21592196.
